Create a Custom Line Item Tags & Templates

We understand that production accounting isn't exactly one size fits all. That's why we've created customizable line item tags and templates. With our customizable line item feature, you have the option to create new line item tags from scratch, or to build and edit off of an existing template. Check it out!

Option 1 : Start With an Existing Template

Step 1: Click "Line Item Tags" in the side navigation.
Step 2: Select "+ Production Type"
Step 3: Click "Use a Template and Make Revisions"
Step 4: Name Your Template
Step 5: Click on the section & line item you'd like to change, and click "edit".
Step 6: Create the Line ID Tag & Description. Click done once the edit is complete.

Edit as many line items as you need. Click "Save" when you're done.

Option 2 : Build a Template From Scratch

Step 1: Click "Line Item Tags" in the side navigation.
Step 2: Select "+ Production Type"
Step 3: Click "Create a New Production Type from Scratch"
Step 4: Name Your Template
Step 5: Create a Section
Step 6: Select "+ line Item"
Step 7: Create the Line ID Tag & Description. Click done

Create as many or as few sections and line items as you need. Click "Save" when you're done, and boom, you're ready to go!
